At Sitsnooze, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a simple and hassle-free 7-day Replacement & Return policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused & you must have an unboxing video with the damage shown
- The product must be in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery
- The item is returned without original packaging
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
3. Return Shipping Charges
All shipping, courier, and handling charges related to returns, refunds, or replacements must be borne by the customer.
Sitsnooze will not be responsible for any return shipping costs unless explicitly agreed upon by our support team.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement:

- Share your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return or pickup instructions.
5. Replacement or Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- We will send a replacement product, or
- Process a refund to your original payment method.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
